Work we can show you the numbers for

Every case study here states three things: the situation we inherited, the specific changes we made, and what measurably happened afterwards. Where a client has asked not to be named, we say so rather than inventing a logo wall, and we do not publish a result without the client's written permission to quote it.

Marketing case studies are easy to write badly — a large number, no baseline, and no explanation of what actually changed. The ones below give you the starting position and the mechanism, so you can judge whether the same approach would transfer to your situation.

Building category visibility for an AI travel booking platform

Ecogo AI

The problem
ecogo.ai launched FareOS, an AI-native booking engine, into a category dominated by long-established travel technology incumbents. The buyers — B2B consolidators, online travel agencies, travel management companies and airlines — are a small, technical audience who search in industry language rather than general terms, and who evaluate over months. A new company in that position has no domain authority, no branded search demand, and a product category most people have never heard of.
What we did
Two channels run together. On search: mapping the specific terms the buying side actually uses — GDS and NDC integration, wallet-safe booking, B2B booking engine, consolidator platform — and building pages that answer each properly rather than competing for generic travel keywords. On social: LinkedIn as the primary channel, because that is where the audience is, with content built from the team's genuine GDS and NDC background rather than product announcements.
What happened
Eight target terms reached the first page of Google within six months, from a domain with no organic history and in a category dominated by incumbents. Those positions are worth roughly 1,100 organic clicks a month. ChatGPT now cites the site as a source for four of the category questions we track — visibility that did not exist when the programme started, and that no ranking report would have captured.
