Markets

An international digital marketing agency, working in your hours

An international digital marketing agency runs search, paid media and content programmes for clients in other countries, and it works when three conditions hold: the team covers the client's working day, the reporting connects to the client's own CRM rather than to a traffic dashboard, and the market research is done for the country being sold into rather than assumed from elsewhere. Distance is not the variable that decides whether it works.

There is a version of offshore marketing that deserves its reputation — a template applied to thirteen countries, a report nobody can reconcile, and an account manager three time zones away. What follows is the opposite of that: separate research, separate campaign structures and separate compliance for every market below, because the alternative does not produce enquiries.

  • Your working hours
  • Your currency and paperwork
  • Market research done locally
  • Senior people stay on the account

How working across time zones actually works

How ASqware works with clients in other countries
Working hoursGCC, UK, Singapore and Australia are covered live for most or all of their working day. The US Eastern morning is covered live; Pacific is answered the same business day.
CurrencyWe invoice in yours — AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, OMR, BHD, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD or SGD — with local tax treated correctly.
ContractingYour paperwork rather than ours, under your jurisdiction, with the tax forms your finance team needs on file.
Who owns the accountsYou do. Ad accounts, analytics, domains, code and content stay in your name from day one, in every market.
What is researched per marketSearch demand, competitors, seasonality, platform mix, language and the local advertising rules — separately for each country, never assumed from another.
What is reportedQualified enquiries and pipeline by market, never collapsed into one regional number. A blended figure hides which country is subsidising the others.
LanguagesEnglish and Arabic written natively, French for Quebec, and other languages scoped per market rather than translated.

GCC

Digital marketing across the GCC

The Gulf is six markets that look similar from outside and behave nothing alike. Arabic carries the demand in Saudi Arabia and barely half of it in Dubai, Kuwait runs on Instagram, Oman is the cheapest search market in the region, and Bahrain's best audience lives in Saudi Arabia. Each page below says what is actually different.

North America

Digital marketing for North American businesses

The most expensive advertising market in the world and the one next to it, with very different rules. What decides results in both is measurement discipline — reporting that reaches the CRM and sends conversions back to the ad platforms, so budget optimises towards deals rather than form fills.

Europe

Digital marketing for UK businesses

The easiest major market to serve from our time zone, and the strictest on what an advertisement is allowed to claim. Consent rates shape how measurement has to be built, and the CAP Code applies to your own website as well as your ads.

Asia Pacific

Digital marketing across Asia Pacific

Two markets where the time difference works in your favour rather than against it. Australia gets afternoon cover with overnight delivery; Singapore's working day overlaps ours almost entirely, and its marketing is usually regional rather than domestic.

We work in markets that do not have a page here yet

These are the markets we publish detailed guidance for. They are not the limit of where we work — if you are somewhere else and English or Arabic reaches your buyers, tell us and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.

Questions

Questions about working with an agency in another country

Does it actually work to hire a digital marketing agency in another country?

It works when the agency covers your working day, reports into your own CRM, and researches your market rather than assuming it. None of the actual work — keyword research, campaign management, content production, technical SEO — requires physical proximity. What does require deliberate effort is response time, measurement discipline and local market knowledge, so those are the three things worth interrogating before you sign anything.

How do you handle time zones?

Differently per market, and we say precisely rather than claiming round-the-clock cover. The GCC, the UK and Singapore are covered live for effectively their whole working day. Australia gets live afternoon cover with work delivered overnight. The US gets the Eastern morning live, with Pacific answered the same business day. Any agency promising twenty-four hour availability is either exaggerating or staffing the off-hours with someone junior.

Which currency do you invoice in?

Yours. We invoice in dirhams, riyals, dinars, pounds, dollars — whichever your finance team works in — with local tax handled correctly and the paperwork your jurisdiction requires on file. You also keep your own ad accounts and pay the platforms directly, so there is no media markup sitting inside the invoice.

Do you understand local advertising rules in these markets?

Yes, and they are one of the main reasons an overseas campaign fails. Property advertising in Dubai needs a Trakheesi permit number in the creative. Healthcare in Abu Dhabi needs a different approval from Dubai. The UK's CAP Code covers your own website. Canada's CASL requires documented consent before a single commercial email. Australia's consumer law judges the overall impression, not the literal words. We build each of these into production rather than discovering them after an account is restricted.

Do you run campaigns in languages other than English?

Yes. Arabic is written natively by Arabic speakers, not translated, because translated Arabic is recognisable within a sentence and it is the single most common reason Gulf campaigns underperform. French is available for Quebec, where it is a legal requirement rather than a preference. For regional Southeast Asian programmes we scope language market by market, because Bahasa Indonesia, Thai and Vietnamese search behave nothing like English.

What if my country is not listed?

The pages here are the markets we publish detailed guidance for, not the limit of where we work. If your buyers are reachable in English or Arabic and your working day overlaps ours enough for real conversation, it is worth a discussion. If it is not a good fit we will say so on the first call rather than three months in.

How do you report across several markets at once?

Separately, always. Costs, conversion rates and deal values differ enormously between countries, and a single blended regional figure hides which market is producing pipeline and which is consuming budget. Splitting the reporting by country is frequently the single most valuable change we make to an inherited multi-market account.

Tell us which market you are selling into

A thirty-minute call, no deck. We will tell you what the demand looks like in your market, what an enquiry is likely to cost, and what we would do in the first ninety days — including when the answer is that you do not need us.
