SEO agency for companies that measure search on revenue

An SEO agency makes a website the most obvious answer to the searches its buyers already type. It has three parts: fixing the technical problems that stop Google reading the site, publishing pages that answer real buying questions better than competitors do, and earning the citations and reviews that make the domain credible. Results compound, and typically take three to six months to become visible.

Search is the only marketing channel where the work you did last year is still earning this year. A paid campaign stops the day the budget stops. A page that ranks keeps bringing enquiries while you sleep, and it gets cheaper per enquiry every month it stays there. That is the whole argument for SEO, and it is also why it takes patience most agencies do not have.

  • Technical audit in week one
  • Keyword map tied to revenue
  • Reporting on enquiries, not rankings
  • Earned links only, never bought

Is this you?

Signs you need SEO

  • You rank for your own brand name and almost nothing else
  • Competitors you consider weaker appear above you consistently
  • Traffic looks fine but almost none of it becomes an enquiry
  • You have a large site and no idea which pages actually earn anything
  • You rebuilt or migrated the site and enquiries dropped afterwards
  • You have physical locations that do not appear in the map results

What you get

What our SEO work covers

  • Technical SEO

Crawl budget, index bloat, redirect chains, Core Web Vitals, structured data and internal linking. This is the plumbing that decides whether your content ever gets a fair hearing. A site that takes eight seconds to load on a mid-range Android phone will lose to a worse-written page that takes two.

  • Keyword and intent mapping

Every commercial search in your category gets mapped to exactly one page. That prevents the most common problem we find: three or four pages on the same site competing with each other for the same term, splitting the authority and none of them ranking.

  • Content built from expertise

Briefs written by strategists who have read the search results, drafts built from interviews with people inside your business. Original detail — real numbers, real constraints, real trade-offs — is the only thing a competitor cannot reproduce in an afternoon.

  • Digital PR and link earning

Coverage from publications your buyers actually read, through editorial relationships and genuinely newsworthy material. We do not buy links, use private blog networks or trade guest posts at scale, because those tactics carry a penalty risk you inherit, not us.

  • Local SEO

Google Business Profile management, location pages, citation consistency and review velocity. For any business with a physical catchment, the three map results sit above everything else on a phone screen, and winning them is usually the cheapest visibility available.

  • Measurement that survives scrutiny

GA4 and Search Console wired into one dashboard that answers a single question: which pages produced enquiries this month. Sessions and impressions are diagnostics; they are not the point and we do not report them as if they were.

How we run it

The order we work in

  1. Audit

We crawl the site, pull two years of Search Console data, and map the demand in your category against what you currently capture. The output is a list of gaps with an estimated value attached to each, so the plan can be argued with rather than accepted on faith.

  2. Fix the foundations

Technical blockers first, because publishing into a broken site wastes the content budget. Redirects, crawl waste, page speed, duplicate pages and schema all get resolved before the editorial calendar starts.

  3. Publish

Content ships continuously rather than waiting for a launch. Each piece is briefed against a specific search intent, built from an interview with someone in your business, and internally linked into the pages that need authority.

  4. Earn authority

Digital PR, partnerships and review programmes push credibility towards the pages that are closest to converting. Authority is finite and worth directing deliberately.

  5. Review and compound

Monthly review of what moved and what did not. Pages that slipped get refreshed, pages that are working get expanded, and anything that has produced nothing in six months gets cut rather than defended.

Building category visibility for an AI travel booking platform

Eight target terms reached the first page of Google within six months, from a domain with no organic history and in a category dominated by incumbents. Those positions are worth roughly 1,100 organic clicks a month. ChatGPT now cites the site as a source for four of the category questions we track — visibility that did not exist when the programme started, and that no ranking report would have captured.

Questions

SEO questions we are asked most

How long does SEO take to show results?

Expect three to six months before new content ranks meaningfully, and six to twelve months for competitive commercial terms. Technical fixes can move things within weeks, and local map visibility often shifts in six to ten weeks. Anyone promising first-page rankings in thirty days is describing a low-competition term you did not need to rank for.

Can you guarantee first-page rankings on Google?

No, and no honest agency can. Google does not sell or promise positions, and rankings shift with competitor activity and algorithm updates that nobody controls. What can be guaranteed is the work, the reasoning behind each decision, and reporting that shows you exactly what changed and what it produced.

How much does an SEO agency cost?

Most SEO retainers run between $1,500 and $10,000 a month, with enterprise programmes above that and freelancers below. The number is driven by how competitive your category is, how much content is required each month, how many markets or languages you publish in, and how much technical debt has to be cleared first. Anyone quoting a flat few hundred dollars is selling reporting, not work.

What is the difference between SEO and paid ads?

Paid ads buy visibility that stops the moment you stop paying; SEO builds visibility you own that keeps working afterwards. Ads deliver enquiries within days, SEO within months. Most businesses need both — ads for immediate pipeline and cash-flow certainty, SEO so that the cost per enquiry falls over time instead of rising.

Do you work with our existing developers?

Yes, and it is usually the fastest route. We write tickets your team can ship without translation, review the release before it goes live, and re-crawl afterwards to confirm the fix actually landed. Where you have no development resource, we can implement directly.

Will changing our website hurt our rankings?

A redesign or migration only damages rankings when the redirect map is wrong or the content is thinned out. Planned properly — URL mapping decided before design starts, every old URL redirected to its closest match, content preserved rather than trimmed — a migration is normally neutral to positive.

What is the difference between an SEO agency and an SEO company?

Nothing meaningful — the terms are used interchangeably by buyers and describe the same service. Some people use "company" expecting a larger organisation and "agency" expecting a smaller specialist team, but there is no industry definition behind either. Judge on who does the work, what they measure, and whether they can show verifiable results.

What should I ask an SEO agency before hiring them?

Five questions separate good agencies from confident ones. Ask to see Search Console data rather than screenshots. Ask who does the day-to-day work, by name. Ask how they build links, and walk away from anyone vague about it. Ask what they would measure success on before you mention budget. Finally, ask what work they turn down — an agency that has never refused a brief has no standard.

Does SEO help us appear in AI answers?

Yes, and it is the prerequisite — assistants overwhelmingly cite pages that already rank well, because retrieval leans on the same quality and authority signals. But conventional SEO stops short of the work specific to AI answers: retrieval-crawler access, entity consistency and citation measurement, none of which Search Console reports. That is a separate service, covered on our AI SEO page.

Can an SEO agency in another country work on our site?

Yes, and for national and B2B search it makes no measurable difference where the team sits — the work is technical auditing, content and outreach, none of which requires proximity. What does matter is whether working hours overlap yours, whether the market research is done for your country rather than assumed, and whether outreach is to publications your buyers actually read. Local map-pack SEO is the one exception, and even that is run remotely by most agencies.
